Here’s how it works…
Your child is given an initial free session to ensure it something they wish to do. On joining they will be given a free uniform to immediately make them part of the team.
Your child is given a programme to follow both in the school, in their school and outside, so they have the opportunity to get you involved with their new found skills. They are monitored and assessed weekly to ensure they are making progress and having fun.
Their trainers are highly skilled martial arts experts who continuously train to keep at the top of their profession, and have many years experience in working with children at all levels.
Over time your child will gain more control and become less aggressive and learn other ways to express themselves that is respectful of themselves and others.
They will use up energy on new moves so you’ll likely find that they eat more (by the way we insist on good healthy diets for our children) and sleep better.
You’ll find their confidence and self-esteem reach new heights as they learn.
